The guy with the gun is Aaron - maybe with his last squeeze the very rich Maria Jumel (whose home is still standing in Harlem, not too far from the Hamilton Grange). She divorced Aaron in 1835 for adultery.
Aw cute and funny, love their expressions, especially Ben Franklin's at the end. But man, when I found out that these guys were not the completely idealistic, innocent, virtuous men I had always believed them to be...I died a little inside when I found certain things out. Please tell me George is not one of them! I knew that Ben and Jefferson were enjoying themselves while they were in France and that Alixander was a ladies man but who is the guy with the gun?
I'm trolling once again, of course but I saw your comment when I accidentally scrolled down and saw it. No, George was not one of these men that was scandalous. In fact, it actually would have been impossible for him to do so because of *cough* sterility after succumbing to smallpox when he was 19 And, also, if I'm not mistaken...that is Aaron Burr, though I may be wrong.
