Doctor, I Despair by Publius-Reporter Doctor, I Despair by Publius-Reporter
"On a bed without curtains lay poor Phil, pale and languid, his rolling, distorted eyeballs darting forth the flashes of delirium. On one side of him on the same bed lay his agonized father, on the other his distracted mother."

An amazing number of the major American Founders lost at least one of their children in tragic ways: Hamilton, Adams, Jefferson, Burr, etc. Philip Hamilton, 19 years-old, was killed in a duel by a Republican in November 1801.

Oh...shit! Poor fella. Life for them must suck. Yeah....
I cried, and what's worse was the Hamilton too was killed in a duel a few years later, and eerily, he was also duelling at the same place as his son.

I don't really know how to respond to that in any other way than crying...
